TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Full Payment is due at time of purchase order.

Payments may be made by wire transfer, money orders, checks, credit cards: VISA / MasterCard / American Express or Discover. We provide a credit card form; it must be completely fill out and signed to be effective.

All customers have 24 hours to modify or cancel a Purchase Order from the time it was issue. After 24 hours, there will be a 10% cancellation fee. If you are purchasing a sales promotion product, there will be a cancellation fee of 50%.

Any custom work requires an up-front 100% payment. Custom orders are non-refundable.

Once the product has been delivered to the shipment company, the Purchase order is non-cancellable.

Please understand that VPR4x4 will invoice and pursue all costs incurred in the collection of cancellation fees.

 

ADDITIONAL FREIGHT SURCHARGE POLICY

Shipping and handling charges depend on the size, value and destination. We do our best effort to get the most competitive rates and shipping options for all of our customers.

All shipping costs are paid by the customer. Shipping company is chosen by VPR 4x4, unless the customer has a preference that should be communicated once the purchase order is placed.

We ship only to your credit card's verified billing address for your protection.

Customer must be very specific if the shipping address is either residential or business with a forklift or shipping dock. VPR4x4 reserves the right to charge the customer additional fees associated with the surcharges passed onto us from the freight carrier for your order: limited access fees, residential delivery fees, lift gate fees and delivery notification fees.

TERMS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT

Inspect all cartons for visible damage and note it on the bill of lading (BOL). Open all packages immediately and inspect for damage. If you find that damage was done, do not sign the BOL and notify the delivery person for the freight company to start a claim and request an inspection. Contact us immediately.

If there was shortage or problem with the configuration of the product ordered do not sign the BOL. Contact us immediately. You have 7 days after shipment was received to contact us, so we can rectify any problems.

No claims will be allowed thereafter.
